I dont know why anyone would waste their time going anywhere else. Forget the excellent service for real estate transactions and consider what he has done to save so many people so much money on their prioerty taxes! I spent 50% of the savings paying others for what Chandler does FOR FREE! Not to mention the others were hardly able to lower my taxes, whereas Chandler lowered them significantly. He responds quickly to emails regarding property tax, even though he makes nothing doing it. Is anyone else out there offering any real help to us homeowners? The answer is no! This charity needs to be rewarded by using him as your real estate agent. You won't be sorry!
