I'm not one to write reviews with any sort of regularity, so you either need to really impress me, or really make me upset to get me to write a review outside of picking a star rating. This was the former. I had been having Chandler Crouch's office assist us with protesting our taxes for 3 years now. I remember the first time, I was also asked if I would be willing to retain their services if I ever sold my house. Given all the money they saved me with the protests, when it came time to sell, I remembered that, and reached out. We worked directly with Rachel Adkins at Chandlers office. We also received support from several other staff at the office. I was surprised when I saw their commission rates were slightly higher than other realtors I had worked with. However, we "cheaped out" on the last house we sold prior to moving to Texas, and looking in the rear view mirror, learned we could have gotten more if we had gone with a better realtor. So we figured, why not. Let me just say that I have learned recently that you DO, many times in fact, get what you pay for. OMG! Rachel was so amazing to work with, and helped out with SO MUCH of the process. She constantly kept us informed, and when something else in the process even tried to go sideways, she was right there on top of it, making sure the process remained smooth and stress free. We just closed on selling our house today, and this was without a doubt, the BEST experience I have ever had with any realtor. (For reference, this is the 5th time we have either bought or sold real estate.) If they worked in or were licensed in the state we are moving to, we would instantly be retaining their services again. I CANNOT say enough positive things about our experience with their group. Earlier this year, my father moved to Memory Care and my mother needed to move in with me. She could not climb stairs, so the 2-story home I had was not suitable for her. Micah Tomasello was recommended to me by family members he had previously helped, and I couldn't have been more pleased with all he did during the process of selling one home and finding another one to buy. He was very understanding when I needed to push the listing of my home a couple of months due to health reasons. Once we listed, I had a full-price offer within a week. The buyer ended up having issues throughout the process and pushed the closing date multiple times. Micah jumped in at every turn to kindly, yet firmly, steer the process and advocate on my behalf. Luckily, Chandler made protesting our property taxes so incredibly easy. A friend of mine had used Chandler’s services in the past and referred me over to him and I couldn’t be more grateful. You can tell that Chandler cares about every single person who asks for his help with filing a protest; he is genuine and knowledgeable and willing to stand up to TAD for so many people. When all was said and done we received the info regarding the reduction he was able to get us, he also sent a helpful video that covered all of the bases and put me at ease.
